Not gonna drop it, Gojyo thought as he ran through the streets.

He arrived home with the package intact.

“Gojyo, where have you been?” Jien rushed to his brother. “What have you been up to?”

Gojyo shoved the package into his brother’s hands.

Jien stared at it. “What’s this?”

“Open it.”

Jien opened the package to find a crimson dragon.

“Where’d you get the money for this?”

“The money you gave me.”

Jien was gobstruck for a moment then ruffled Gojyo’s hair.

“Thank you. Next time, keep the money to buy something for yourself.”

Gojyo’s smile lit up his face.

Thanks for sharing that moment with us. I do like it turning out Gojyo had bought rather than stolen Jien's present, and with Jien's present.

A red dragon? There probably were, in Tenkai.
